| Summary: | As part of the launch of two new online support tools, eSupport and eLicense, BEA asked Sparkplug to create a guided tour of the benefits and features these new tools offered. Rather than taking a traditional (i.e. serious) approach, we created a Flash-based interactive cartoon featuring two characters: Dr. Melvin Throckmorton and "Dan" (not his real name). The resulting interactive movie is both funny and engaging, and does a great job of communicating BEA's key messaging objectives. |
